Purebreds-R-Us Mission
It is my mission to bring puppy seekers and reputable breeders together by providing a site where Breeders of purebred dogs who adhere to the American Kennel Club/Canadian Kennel Club breeding standards can list their kennel in the Search Engine.
The Search Engine produces random results so everyone will have an equal opportunity to be seen. This means that, depending on the number of breeders in the breed you are searching, the search results will be different every time you search.
If you represent a Rescue Club please submit your free listing then email admin with your Rescue Club's information as well as your Purebreds-R-Us user id and you will be upgraded to the Double Exposure subsxription at no cost. Your Breed Rescue Club will receive all of the benefits included in the Double Exposure subscription including the Blog and the Phot Gallery once I have verified everything.

Find A Puppy
To find a breeder choose the dog breed you are interested in from the Dropdown Menu.
Choose the country if desired. (not necessary)
Choose the State/Province if desired.(again not necessary)
Click on the "FETCH" button.
You will only find breeders of Purebred dogs here. If you are looking for "Puggles", "GoldenDoodles" or one of the other many Designer breeds you will have to look elsewhere as they are not Purebred breeds and only dog breeds recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club/American Kennel Club are accepted at Purebreds-R-Us. If there isn't a dog breeder listed for the breed of pet you are searching for check back soon as Purebreds-R-Us is a relatively new site and we are constantly having Breeders added to the database.

Questions A Dog Breeder May Ask
Breeders are very concerned about the homes they place their puppies in and therefore may ask the person looking to find a puppy a number of questions. These are just a few of the questions a Breeder may ask prospective pet buyers.
1: Do you have a fenced yard?
2: Do you plan on attending puppy classes?
3: How do you plan on socializing your puppy?
4: Do you have a Vet?
5: Have you owned this breed before?
6: Have you owned a dog before?
7: What happened to your previous dog?
8: Will there be someone home during the day?
9: Where will your puppy stay when you are not there?
10: Are there any small children at home?
11: What do you know about this breed?
12: Why are you interested in this particular breed?
These questions, or similar questions are to help the breeder find qualified homes for the puppies they may produce. Many breeders prefer to build a waiting list and responsibly breed only when they know they will have qualified homes waiting for that special puppy.
Questions To Ask The Dog Breeder
To help you choose the right breeder it is important to ask the Breeder questions. After all, this is likely to be a long term relationship as most Breeders like to stay in touch with those who purchase their puppies and you the buyer will want the support of the Breeder who knows their dogs best.
1: Do you offer a Guarantee on your puppies?
2: Does this dog breed have any health issues?
3: What kind of support can I expect?
4: Are your puppies Registered with the American Kennel Club/Canadian Kennel Club?
5: What does your Guarantee cover?
6: What are the expectaions of the Breeder of you?
7: Does the Breeder screen their stock for health issues?
Note: In Canada it is illegal, according to Canada's Livestock Pedigree Act, to quote different prices for puppies with and without registration papers.

Purebred Dog Breeders
This site was designed by a breeder for Breeders of Purebred Dogs with your concerns foremost in mind. It has restrictions in place to address those concerns.
First, your breed must be an American Kennel Club/Canadian Kennel Club recognized breed.
Second, you must be a member of an American Kennel Club/Canadian Kennel Club accredited club.
Third, the number of breeds you can list is limited.
These restrictions are to help ensure that
American Kennel Club/Canadian Kennel Club reputable dog breeders are all you will find here. I also verify every listing personally.
There are three listing subscriptions, Free, Stand Out From The Crowd and Double Exposure. Simply click here to see which one best suits your needs.
Purebreds-R-Us offers you, the dog breeder, more than just a place to list your kennel. We also have breed specific forums for you and a place for you to submit breed specific information to help educate people looking to find a puppy. You can submit your dog information by clicking here. If your breed isn't there yet, as this is a relatively new site and adding all the breeds is time consuming, email me.
