Shipping for the Dog Show Supply category is from the Canadian warehouse for Canadian addresses by Canada Post.
Dog Show Supplies destined for US addresses are from the warehouse in the US by USPS.
Free shipping on all orders over $100.00
Shipping on all other products is from the US by UPS.
You will receive your tracking number by email once it is available.
Larger (heavy or bulky) items have a handling fee applied. This is not included in the free shipping!
Canadian customers please be aware that there may be a clearing fee charged by the delivery agency which you will be responsbile for. This is not included in the free shipping!

Store Return Policy
There is a 30 day return policy on all products.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in resaleable condition.
You will be responsible to pay the shipping for the returned item.
In case of a defective item. Return the item immediately to the address on the shipping label. Send an email to Admin to notify me. You will be reimbursed the cost of shipping the item back.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on items over $50.
